Job Summary

The position will be in charge of reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts/amendments and extensions.

Duties

• Preparing and updating of form agreements
• Managing the execution and overseeing of document management system
• Monitoring and updating of corporate policies
• Perform legal research while providing advice and analysis
• Supporting the maintenance/monitoring of intellectual property portfolio
• Drafting of sweepstake rule
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• JD and bar admission
• 2 year legal experience preferred
• Strong skills in project management/organizational
• Flexible and adaptable
