Assistant Softball Coach - NCAA

Job Summary

The position will be the next in line person for the softball program of CNCC while executing the operating program elements of head coach who oversees all the facets of student athlete development.

Duties

• Coaching/teaching/training the student athletes in terms of skills and strategies needed for the competition
• Fulfillment of other assigned tasks
• Overseeing of weight training
• Completion of designated game stats/scoring/records
• Completion of 15hr work week in campus
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 2 years work related experience
• CPR/AED and First Aid certificate
• NJCAA and college rules knowledge
