E-Commerce Coordinator

Job Summary

General Description of Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare product for online store which includes things such as: photographing product, cropping images, writing descriptive copy and color correcting
• Continually update product and pricing while maintaining inventory levels
• Analyze e-commerce sales and customer buying trends
• Investigate, explore and create opportunities to capture e-mail addresses to significantly increase the e-commerce database
• Design and develop frequent internal and external e-mail blasts throughout the year
• Design and create graphics for outdoor digital signs
• Design various print advertisements for local papers, magazines, flyers and coupons
• Create digital advertisements for store site and external vendors
• Prepare & Analyze e-commerce reports
• Plan the Retail Marketing Calendar & Promotions
• Manage & Create Discount codes for all promotions
• Research advertising opportunities for online store to increase sales
• Manage & Process drop ship orders
• Attend seminars and educational classes to keep our site up-to-date with the latest trends within the e-commerce industry

Education

A minimum of Associate's Degree is required with a preferred area of concentration in Retail, Marketing, or E-commerce Retailing
