Job Summary
This role is focused on driving efficiencies in our processes, and provides great exposure as the work impacts all departments across the organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensuring all information and systems are updated timely and accurately.
- Updating employee information in organizational charts, publications, and directories.
- Unemployment and workers compensation claims correspondence.
- Ad-hoc reporting and analysis.
- Assist with annual activities in the HR team, including:
- Annual performance review process, salary increases and bonus payments.
- Government compliance reporting and maintenance of labor postings.
- Collaborate internally with other departments to elevate the employee experience.
- Provide support as needed across new projects & initiatives within the HR team.
Characteristics / Qualifications:
- 2 - 4 years of relevant HR administration experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or HR certification preferred.
- Working knowledge of HRIS systems; experience with ADP Workforce Now a plus.
- Proven ability to be analytical and handle large datasets effectively.
- Commitment to providing a high level of customer service.
