Job Summary
This position will be responsible for assisting the VP of Ticket Sales & Service with all aspects of ticket operations, game day box office management and ticket sales CRM management.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Be the key stakeholder in learning Salesforce reporting and processes
- Provide daily, weekly and match day reports to VP of Ticket Sales through SeatGeek and Salesforce
- Proactively look for opportunities to improve ticket operations and implement industry best practices
- Provide training materials for Salesforce and SeatGeek and lead training for all new team members
- Oversee all automatic payment plans and ensure accounts remain compliant
- Investigate any account issues and work with respective Account Executive to resolve in a timely manner
