Job Summary
The Coordinator, Payroll is responsible for assisting with the accurate processing and recording of company’s US and Canadian payroll, providing timely and accurate financial information, and handling daily data entry Payroll processing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 1-3+ years of experience in payroll
Required Skills
- Working knowledge of payroll practices using ADP Workforce Now
- Knowledge of accounting and finance
- High degree of professionalism
- Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material
- Self-motivated, strong work ethic
- Superior organization, project management skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, team environment
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Demonstrated decision making and problem solving skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
