Human Resource Business Consultant

Job Summary

This position supports all aspects of the Athletics human resources efforts pertaining to recruiting/hiring plans and contracts,, performance management, employee recognition, and data management, while adhering to the policies and procedures in close collaboration with Human Resources.


Required Qualifications - Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

• Bachelors plus six or more years' experience or combination of education and experience.
• Extensive knowledge of human resources policies, practices, and laws.
• Ability to interact with others using tact and diplomacy.
• Initiative, sound judgment and ability to set priorities.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability managing highly confidential and sensitive information.
