Asst. Strength & Conditioning Coach

Job Summary

This role requires in assisting in the design and implementation of the strength and conditioning program for football. Teaches safe and effective lifting techniques, speed development, agility and conditioning exercise for the enhancement of athletic ability and prevention of injury. 

Requirements   

• Master's degree.
• 6 years of experience working in an intercollegiate athletics strength and conditioning program
• 4 years collegiate experience designing and conditioning program for football
• Proven ability to teach and design training programs that incorporate Olympic lifts
• Thorough knowledge with NCAA rules and regulations
• Certification with the NSCA or CSCCa as a certified strength and conditioning specialist
