Wellness Center Staff - Summer Season

Job Summary

Summer Wellness Center staff are responsible for providing direction to members and guests, verifying membership status upon entry, responding to guest requests, monitoring fitness, gymnasium, and equipment room facilities, ensuring member safety and enforcing building policies.

DUTIES AND TASKS

• Provide phone coverage and walk-in support for members and guests.
• Resolve member/guest issues in a courteous, respectful manner.
• Operate Fusion facility management software as instructed.
• Ensure a safe workout environment through constant circulation of the gymnasium and fitness floor.
• Be available to set up any user on any piece of equipment or weight machine and properly provide spots to users.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
