Job Summary

The University seeks an individual with demonstrated competitive success on the collegiate level with proven effectiveness in recruiting for an academically selective and culturally diverse institution.

Core responsibilities will include:

• Playbook creation, game planning, and organizing daily practice schedule

• Demonstrate proficiency in sport skill instruction, motivation and ability to conduct practice sessions under the direction of the head coach

• Exhibit encouraging and cooperative behavior pursuing sport programs goals set by head coach

• Leadership and professional behavior when dealing with student athletes

• Recruit potential student athletes via phone, email or personal contact

• Other duties as assigned
