Sports Transmission Scheduler

Job Summary

We are seeking a freelance sports transmission scheduler. You will be responsible for booking Day of Air requests and processing the Playbook Transmission log each day. Part of the responsibility includes ensuring that the Playbook Game Plans and technical details needed to perform the scheduled event are available.

Required

Must have strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook)

Prior knowledge of trafficking software

Strong Technical skillset helpful

Prior knowledge of satellite and fiber transmission

Must be willing to work shifts, including weekends and holidays

Proven ability to work in a deadline-driven environment
