Job Summary
The lead custodial staff is responsible for ensuring that the facility meets or exceeds cleanliness standards in order to maximize guest satisfaction before, during, and after all events. Lead custodians must also assist in the supervision of all custodial work.
Qualifications
- 2 years cleaning or event related experience required.
- Prior lead or supervisory responsibilities preferred.
- Basic understanding of how to use cleaning equipment.
- Ability to operate scrubbers, buffers, carpet extractors, etc.
- Basic understanding of SDS.
- Basic understanding of PPE.
