Job Summary

The position will be responsible for leading and supervising all aspects of the football program. The position also includes developing and executing strategies for the recruitment of student-athletes for a highly visible, regionally and nationally competitive team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree preferred.

2 years of relevant sport coaching or participation experience at the collegiate level or higher; Or 5 years or more of successful coaching experience at the high school level.

Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without accommodations. 

Proven ability to work effectively in a diverse community

Ability to handle and maintain confidential information

Knowledge and understanding of NCAA rules and regulations

4 years of Football coaching or participation experience at the collegiate
level or higher is highly preferred.
