Job Summary

The Sports Performance program has an opening for a Senior Performance Coach. They effectively and professionally implement our training philosophy, protocols, and methodologies. They engage in sports-specific projects and play a critical role in the day-to-day operation of the facility.

Job Responsibilities:

Implementation of programming, testing, and evaluation for assorted Olympic sports, under the supervision of the Assistant Director and senior staff.

Manage execution of facility and equipment maintenance via daily, weekly and monthly checklists.

Contribute as a member of 1-2 content-specific teams (within Team of Teams model).

Perform other projects and duties as assigned by Assistant Director/Director.
