Job Summary

 

 

The purpose of the Assistant Coach, Strength & Conditioning is to physically prepare student-athletes in all aspects (strength, conditioning, nutrition, recovery, mobility) for competition, as well as being an active decisionmaker to ensure the continued improvement and growth of the Strength & Conditioning area.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology or related field. 
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience working with collegiate athletes, preferably at the Division-1 level.
  • Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist from the National Strength and Conditioning Association. CPR/AED certified.
  • Experience at the Division-1 level would be highly preferred.
