Paralegal

Job Summary

A Paralegal is required to provide ongoing support for the management and organization of contracts and contract templates, prosecution and maintenance of the company's intellectual property portfolio, preparation of legal documents and research projects, and support for invoice and payment processing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree; Paralegal certificate (or similar credential)
• 5+ years at a law firm (experience within a corporate legal department strongly preferred)
• Knowledge of trademark and copyright maintenance and prosecution.
• Ability to proofread material for grammatical or spelling errors
• Knowledge of the Spanish and/or French Language (business proficiency)
