Job Summary
The Ticketing Analyst role will be to analyze and offer insights into a wide range of primary and secondary ticketing data. In addition to ticketing insights, the role will assist in the development of Tableau visualizations and assist with other key research initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s/Master’s in a business or quantitative subject (Analytics, Economics, Mathematics, etc.)
1-2 years’ experience in ticketing analytics preferred
Analytical experience and the ability to analyze trends, determine opportunities, draw conclusions, and make recommendations
Proficient user of SQL with an ability to query across multiple data sources
Experience with ticketing software and data visualization tools like Archtics and Tableau, etc.
