Women's Track & Cross Country Head Coach

Job Summary

 

The Head Coach is responsible for leading a successful intercollegiate track and field and cross country program. To provide strategic direction, leadership, and motivation. It also includes the responsibility for overseeing student-athlete recruitment, development, academic progress, training, travel, and scheduling of athletes' on-campus activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related field plus minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Understanding of NCAA Division II and experience in budget and scholarship oversight. Proven track record of successful recruiting preferred.

 

Knowledgeable in team execution, coaching, building and maintaining relationships, conflict resolution, delegation, problem solving, diversity understanding, and change management.
