Job Summary
The Assistant Coach of Softball, under the general direction of the Head Coach, is responsible for assisting the management of a competitive NCAA Division II athletic program; assists with conditioning, practices, recruiting, travel arrangements, and student managers.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate degree.
- Four (4) prior coaching experience.
- Have knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations pertaining to the recruitment and retention of student-athletes.
- Possesses an unencumbered driver's license and the ability to travel.
- Able to successfully pass a criminal background check.
