Job Summary
The Team Coordinator's main responsibility is to service all customers who have purchased a Baseball Tournament or Camp at The Team Experience. Manage and carry out all customer service and communication for registered teams. Oversee the process of collecting necessary items from customers prior to the event.
Bachelor’s Degree in sports-related field such as Sports Marketing, Management or Business
Demonstrate detail-orientation and extremely well-developed time-management and organizational skills
Willingness and ability to work extended hours and weekends throughout the year as the position dictates
Ability to embrace system training and manage workflow in multiple systems
1+ years experience in a comparable role or similarly-focused internship
