Job Summary

The role supports business objectives by proactively sourcing, assessing, and recruiting candidates. This position works as a member of the HR department and is part of the overall department objectives and priorities.

Qualifications

3-5 years corporate recruiting experience required; agency recruiting experience is a plus

ATS system experience (Workday preferred) and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Familiarity with recruiting trends

Experience with evaluating, creating and managing Diversity and Inclusion recruiting strategies

Exceptional interpersonal skills – a collaborative style and ability to communicate effectively at all levels
