Job Summary
The IT Support Operations Analyst installs, configures, and troubleshoots computer network PC's and investigates and resolves computer software and hardware problems for users. The ideal candidate will play a significant role on the organization's information technology team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Associate’s degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Desire to seize opportunities and take initiative without needing to be told.
Attention to detail without compromising speed in execution.
Minimum 1 year of help desk experience required.
Minimum 1 year experience in Windows 10; Microsoft Office 365, Network troubleshooting.
