Job Summary

The Guest Experience Coordinator is a liaison between front office staff, stadium partners and guests. This position reports to the Guest Experience Manager and is a full-time position with benefits. The ideal candidate will strive to create championship experiences for all fans and gameday staff.

Four-year college degree in related field.

Minimum of one to two years of professional experience.

Previous experience at a sports/theatre/entertainment venue strongly preferred.

Bilingual skills a plus (Spanish preferred).

Professionalism in all interactions with fans, stadium partners and fellow HDFC staff members.
