Job Summary
The Ticket Operations Coordinator assists with the setup, inventory management, and quality control for all Association ticketed events. The position also supports Box Office ticket sales, fulfillment, and customer service; supports race day and White Caps operations.
Minimum Requirements:
College degree or equivalent experience
A minimum of 2 years of ticket sales/operations experience.
Additional guest service experience, ideally in the sports and entertainment industry, and knowledge of analytics tools such as Tableau a plus.

Computer literacy, including experience with venue ticketing systems, such as Ticketmaster Archtics.
Driver’s license, relocation to Saratoga in the summer.
