Job Summary

The Director of Athletics is responsible for all facets of the University of Florida's cross-country and track & field programs. responsible for recruiting, which includes all aspects of recruiting high school athletes. She is also responsible for attending monthly staff meetings, compliance meetings, and committee meetings.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree

Experience in coaching and/or competing in distance running and track and field events.

Thorough knowledge of institutional, NCAA and Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference rules, policies and regulations required.
