Building Technician I

Job Summary

The position will be doing all repair and maintenance work while helping have a smooth operation for the clients/guests.

Duties of the Building Technician I:

• Helping to maintain all department maintenance tools and equipment
• Helping to maintain inventory control
• Helping to set up and reconfigure seat system
• Other related tasks

Basic Qualifications:

• High school graduate or GED
• Trade school attendee or graduate
• 1 year work related experience
• With state of Texas motor vehicle license
• Good skills communications
• Can work independently or as a team
