Job Summary

 

The position will be providing all end users/guests positive first impression by providing top notch service.

 

Duties

  • Service desk ticketing system monitoring
  • Troubleshooting and resolving different computer issues
  • Enforcing of IT policies
  • Malware removing and installing of utility software
  • Helping to resolve issues
  • Analyzing and recovering of systems
  • Other related tasks

 

Qualifications

  • 1 year work related experience
  • Positive and motivated
  • Independent and proactive
  • Strong work ethic and punctual
