Job Summary
The position will be providing all end users/guests positive first impression by providing top notch service.
Duties
- Service desk ticketing system monitoring
- Troubleshooting and resolving different computer issues
- Enforcing of IT policies
- Malware removing and installing of utility software
- Helping to resolve issues
- Analyzing and recovering of systems
- Other related tasks
Qualifications
- 1 year work related experience
- Positive and motivated
- Independent and proactive
- Strong work ethic and punctual
