My degree helped me learn a lot about the movement of the human body. So courses taken in the field were biomechanics, exercise physiology, and health psychology. Courses taken in this degree helped the student understand how the body functions, the use of movement and ways to prevent injuries, and how to help others recover from athletic injuries.
