Any employer who completes the sign- up process hereby agrees to and is subject to the terms and conditions of the Employer Terms of Agreement below, and will be considered an "Employer Partner." As a result of your submission, you grant JobsInSports.com the unrestricted and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, distribute, publish, truncate, modify, create additional works from and display any submissions, in whole or in part, via the Internet and any other promotional or recruitment vehicle. As a result of your submission, you grant JobsInSports.com the right to utilize the submissions in other works in any form for the full term of any copyrights, trademarks and other intellectual and proprietary rights that may exist in such submissions. You warrant that any third party holder of any rights in such submissions, has irrevocably granted you the right to grant the permissions stated above and through the granting of said permission has waived such third party's rights in such submissions.

Solely at the discretion of JobsInSports.com, Employer Partners will be chosen to utilize the website monitoring service provided by JobsInSports.com in order to ensure that all listings remain up-to-date. The monitoring service will regularly check the listings on the registered employer's website and/or applicant tracking system of the Employer Partners to confirm whether posted positions are still available as well as to add new listings. Through the use of the employer monitoring service, JobsInSports.com will post chosen listings from the employer Web Site and/or the Employer Partner applicant tracking system including but not limited to Taleo, SuccessFactors, SilkRoad, and TeamWork Online LLC. If an employer chooses not to participate in this service, they can opt-out by emailing JobsInSports.com from the "Contact Us" portion of the Web Site. The Employer Partner represents and warrants that any submissions to JobsInSports.com are accurate and not misleading. JobsInSports.com does not want to receive confidential or proprietary information from you through our Web Site. Please note that any information or material sent or submitted by the Employer Partner or through the website monitoring program will be deemed not to be confidential.

USE OF WEB SITE MATERIALS

Reproducing or copying of the software, information, and/or material on JobsInSports.com to any other server or location for further reproduction or redistribution is expressly prohibited. As an Employer Partner, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your information and password. You shall be responsible for all uses of your registration, whether or not authorized by you. You agree to immediately notify JobsInSports.com of any unauthorized use of your registration or password You are responsible to notify JobsInSports.com in the event of change in any and all contact information submitted upon creating the employer account including company name, address, phone number, fax number, email address, web site address and contact person.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY

No liability is assumed to JobsInSports.com for information or Material contained on the website. JURISDICTION

JobsInSports.com is owned and operated by JobsInSports.com from its offices within the State of Illinois. These Employer Terms of Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. You agree that any action, suit or proceeding arising out of or related to these Employer Terms of Agreement shall be commenced State or Federal Courts located in Chicago, Illinois. Each party hereby agrees to submit to the jurisdiction and venue of the courts of Illinois and waives any objections based upon venue or personal jurisdiction in any such action, suit or proceeding.
