All material on this site is provided in good faith. No warranty is made for the accuracy, availability, or content of information provided on the Web Site. Your use of this information is at your sole risk. You release JobsInSports.com in the event of a dispute with any users, from any known or unknown claims, damages, and/or wrongdoing arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes. JobsInSports.com is under no legal obligation to control the information provided by other users which is made available through the Web Site. Employer Partners are solely responsible for their postings on JobsInSports.com. JobsInSports.com does not guarantee that the web site will operate error-free, therefore if your use of this web site or the material results in damages, loss of time, or anything else relating to this issue JobsInSports.com is NOT responsible for those costs.
LINKS AND THIRD PARTY CONTENT
JobsInSports.com permits employer partners to utilize links within their job description in the event that their primary application method is through their corporate website or other approved websites. Any and all linked sites are not under the control of JobsInSports.com, and JobsInSports.com makes no representation or warranty regarding the content or products or services available from such linked sites. All links between JobsInSports.com and employer partner websites are subject to the approval of JobsInSports.com which shall not be unreasonably withheld. Any linked sites must clearly state the connection between the job listing and the website.
ACCEPTABLE CONDUCT
By accepting this Terms of Agreement, you agree not to post any threatening or defamatory content on JobsInSports.com that invades privacy, is obscene, violent, discriminatory, pornographic, or violates any law or advocates illegal activity. JobsInSports.com will fully co-operate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing JobsInSports.com to disclose the identity of user of the Web Site and you consent to such disclosure. You agree not to damage, disable, attack, deface, or attempt unauthorized access to JobsInSports.com, the server, or a third party web site or server. You agree not to transmit or post submissions to JobsInSports.com with information pertaining to fee-based services, surveys, contests, pyramid schemes, unsolicited e-mail, spamming or any duplicative or unsolicited messages (commercial or otherwise) or competing employment service. SUBMISSIONS
Any and all information you send, email or post to JobsInSports.com including employment opportunities, job positions, information, photos, text, graphics, logos, questions, suggestions, messages, comments, logos, links, feedback, testimonials, articles or other materials shall be deemed, and shall remain, property of JobsInSports.com. JobsInSports.com shall not be liable for any use or disclosure of any Submissions. As a result of your submission, you grant JobsInSports.com the unrestricted and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, communicate to the public, perform and display any submissions, in whole or in part, worldwide. As a result of your submission, you grant JobsInSports.com the right to utilize the submissions in other works in any form for the full term of any copyrights, trademarks and other intellectual and proprietary rights that may exist in such submissions. You warrant that any third party holder of any Rights in such Submissions, has validly and irrevocably granted to you the right to grant the license stated above and has waived such third party's moral rights in such submissions. You acknowledge that JobsInSports.com and marketing partners shall be entitled to unrestricted use of any and all the submissions for any purpose including but not limited to general marketing, web site promotion and resume recruitment without compensation to the provider of the submissions or any third party holder of any rights. Solely at the discretion of JobsInSports.com, chosen employers will be able to utilize the website monitoring service provided by JobsInSports.com in order to insure that all listings remain up-to-date. The monitoring service will regularly check the listings on the registered employers home page to confirm whether posted positions are still available. Through the use of the employer monitoring service, JobsInSports.com will post chosen listings from the employer website. If an employer chooses not to participate in this service, they can opt-out by emailing JobsInSports.com. The posting employer represents and warrants that any submissions to JobsInSports.com are, to the best of your knowledge, accurate and not misleading, nor are such submissions posted for any improper purpose. JobsInSports.com does not want to receive confidential or proprietary information from you through our Web site. Please note that any information or material sent or submitted will be deemed NOT to be confidential.
USE OF WEB SITE MATERIALS
Reproducing or copying of the software, information, and/or material on JobsInSports.com to any other server or location for further reproduction or redistribution is expressly prohibited. Reselling or redistributing the software, information, and/or material on JobsInSports.com for free or for a fee is expressly prohibited. Reselling or redistributing use of employer account to third parties is expressly prohibited.
REGISTRATION AND PASSWORDS
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your information and password. You shall be responsible for all uses of your registration, whether or not authorized by you. You agree to immediately notify JobsInSports.com of any unauthorized use of your registration or password. You are responsible to notify JobsInSports.com in the event of change in any and all contact information submitted upon creating the employer account including company name, address, phone number, fax number, email address, web site address and contact person.
INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless each of JobsInSports.com, its owners, employees, marketing partners, directors and affiliated entities including all third parties mentioned, from and against any and all claims, actions or demands, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, alleging or resulting from your use of JobsInSports.com, the Content or your breach of these Terms of Use.
JURISDICTION
JobsInSports.com is controlled, operated and administered by JobsInSports.com from its offices within the State of Illinois . These Terms of Use shall be interpreted, construed and governed by the laws in force in the State of Illinois . You agree that any action, suit or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms of Use shall be commenced in Chicago, Illinois. Each party hereby agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Illinois and waives any objections based upon venue in any such action, suit or proceeding. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to these Terms of Use. Notwithstanding the foregoing, JobsInSports.com may pursue enforcement of intellectual property rights and the protection of confidential information in such other jurisdictions as through injunctive or other equitable relief through the courts.
