Participate in weekly staff meetings with feature producers and coordinate producers about feature ideas, concepts, and processes. Research and compile feature ideas from social media, articles, etc. Gather elements for features and shows (including out-of-house productions). Collaborate with feature producers on rough cuts and story structure.

Collaborate closely with journalists, producers, and editors to ensure seamless multimedia content production and distribution. Utilize expertise in videography and graphic design with the Tar Heel community to gather insights. Assist in setting up and maintaining audio, lighting, and visual equipment, and ensuring optimal production conditions.

Assist in creating and curating engaging sports-related content for social media platforms. Work as a team to schedule and publish posts at optimal times for maximum reach engagement. Collaborate with team members to maintain a content calendar and track post- performance

Provide real-time coverage through live tweeting, on-site reporting, and post-game analysis. Conduct interviews with coaches, athletes, and other key figures within the college sports community. Develop in-depth feature articles, profiles, and interest stories related to college athletes and teams. Analyze game strategies, plays, and performances.
