As a security staff, I help maintain a safe environment for fans and as well as players. I assist with helping, cleaning, and creating a comforting atmosphere so the fans can enjoy there experience. I educated and assisted customer on policies and protocols along with restriction so everyone can enjoy themselves in a smooth and fun manner.

As an event staff member, I scanned ticket for events, significantly sporting events. I have supervised and assisted customer with any questions and guidance around the arena. I helped manage projects and help assisted and maintain a safe environment.
