Job Summary

The position entails the task of selling and distributing of tickets in resolving various ticketing issues onsite.

Duties

• Ticket sales and will call pickups of customers processing
• Attending to guests queries
• Handling of complaints and other ticket related issues
• Responding to guest concerns calmly
• Ensuring to keep a positive demeanor
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old
• Can lift/move/carry of up to 30 lbs
• Debit card/credit card/gift card processing
• MS office experience
