Job Summary


The position will be in charge of providing top notch technical services support for the teammates. The main role is to provide level 1 and level 2 support for Technology environment.



  • Building, installing, troubleshooting of desktops/laptops Mac and Windows
  • Account administration GSuite/Gmail
  • Installing of software/license
  • Serves as first call phone support for all technical remote issues
  • Developing and documenting of tools/procedures
  • Other related tasks


  • College diploma
  • 5 years of experience in Helpdesk troubleshooting
  • A+ or Network + Certifications is a plus
  • GSuite/Gmail knowledgeable
