Job Summary

The position will be operating the automated ticketing systems, respond to customer inquiries and maintain associated records.

Duties

Helping in the daily operations of athletic ticket office
Helping to manage the internal controls/procedures
Handling the daily/weekly/monthly financial reconciliations for all ticketed sports season
Managing of daily deposit procedures
Overseeing the daily ticket printing
Other related tasks

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent
1 year of work related experience
Paciolan ticketing platform experience preferred
