Job Summary
The position will be operating the automated ticketing systems, respond to customer inquiries and maintain associated records.
Duties
- Helping in the daily operations of athletic ticket office
- Helping to manage the internal controls/procedures
- Handling the daily/weekly/monthly financial reconciliations for all ticketed sports season
- Managing of daily deposit procedures
- Overseeing the daily ticket printing
- Other related tasks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 1 year of work related experience
- Paciolan ticketing platform experience preferred
