Job Summary

Duties and responsibilities shall include, but not be limited to, the following.

1. Performs related duties as required.

2. Establishes and maintains a professional network with the college and high school trainers of Southeast Texas.

3. Establish Continuing Education opportunities for Southeast Texas.

4. Establish and maintain a professional network with college and high school strength coaches of Southeast Texas.

5. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree 
• NATA BOC certification
•  Eligibility to take Texas LAT Exam
•  One-Two years of professional experience preferred in a similar position. Including graduate work.
•  Must be available to work a varied schedule to include extensive night and weekend work.
• Must have a high degree of communication skills.
• Ability to create, evaluate, and document procedures.
• Ability to plan, schedule, and manage projects and assignments.
• Ability to solve problems and be multi-tasked.
• Ability to interact with students, faculty, and staff in a professional manner.
• Must be able to demonstrate sensitivity to the needs of students from diverse backgrounds and abilities.
• Ability to promote a positive campus image.
• Ability to follow established college policies and procedures.
