Ticket Sales Internship

Job Summary

  Position Overview:

• The Ticket Sales intern will be responsible for servicing all accounts during the 2020 seasons.
• This includes, but is not limited to, reaching out to all accounts asking if they have any ticket or food and beverage add-ons.
• Other duties will include making sales calls for group outings, 5-Game Packs and Friends and Family packages and overseeing the box office operations.

General Manager Duties:

• Assist in directing box office sales at the downtown office and at Carson Park 
• Oversee will call tickets 
• Process call-in and walk-in ticket orders 
• Staff ticket window or will call booth on each game night 
• Plan and execute group ticket/corporate outings 
• Organize all birthday outings 
• Follow-up with groups coming out to park to get final ticket counts and food/beverage choices 
• Exhibit strong customer service 
• Track tasks and orders in ticket/CRM system 
• Maintain a detailed list of follow-up calls 
• Data entry of information collected at games 
• Follow-up with every group outing leader 
• Soft Sales Phone Calls 
• Make customer service  phone calls to individual ticket buyers 
• Sell 5-Game Ticket Packs and Friends and Family Package over phone 

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and ability to professionally interact with fans.
• Experience with proper phone etiquette.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment while staying organized.
• Problem-solving and conflict management.
