Production Coordinator, Marketing

Job Summary

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Production Coordinator will provide overall production support for our Marketing promotional campaigns. The Coordinator will work closely with Producers and Creative directors executing daily tasks and working closely with all team members to facilitate the workflow and timely execution of a given project.  He / She will be expected to take charge of daily production tasks needed to see projects through completion in an effective and timely manner.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assets gathering – researching, obtaining, organizing and disseminating all materials needed to the production team (stills, footage, graphics, logos, music files, etc.)
• Assets managing -  organizing and tracking all folders, notes, files, assets and materials needed for the pre-production, production, and post-production of a given project

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• Bachelor’s degree; preferably in a disciplinary area pertaining to the entertainment industry, Intern or Production Assistance experience in a similar field, or a vast knowledge of what it takes to produce a high-quality promotion or show
• Previous experience working in a studio/production setup is essential to understanding all that the job entails and what is expected
