The position will be in charge of managing all the facets of event and ticket management.

Duties

  • Managing and maintaining of the website
  • Take part in planning and development of projects
  • Sales activity monitoring
  • Development of solutions linked to customer service issues
  • Maintaining positive/high performance culture
  • Other related tasks

Qualifications

  • Prior box office experience
  • Ticketing system expert
  • Attentive to detail and proactive
  • Strong leadership/communication skills
  • MS office proficient
  • Can multitask at work
