Manager, Stadium Operations

Job Summary

• Oversee day to day operations at the Stadium such as facility operations, facility maintenance, playing surface (grass field), game day logistics and equipment management.


• Handle the required field mowing/lining and proper placement of equipment for the playing field for each home match, including, but not limited to: benches, goals, corner flags, game balls, sideline products, beverages, and additional team needs.


• Manage set-up/take down of sponsorship-related field and stadium signage from match to match and year to year. 

• 2+ years of stadium facility experience preferred with a proven record of performance and customer service that consistently meets and exceeds standards set by management. 


• Evidence of being a strategic thinker and problem solver with the ability to develop and implement processes and plans.
