Coordinator, Football Operations

Job Summary

• Provide customer service to leagues running the program


• Work with third-party vendors to kit and distribute equipment bags


• Assist with planning First Down in Schools program, Protection Tour events, Bowl Game Activations, NFL Activations, and other First Down events


• Assist the Sr. Coordinator, Events with developing and meeting assigned metrics and measurables for each event


• Track, manage and update Participation, providing reports and figures for various use


• On-site event support for National Team events as needed


• Other duties, as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree


• At least two years of progressive sporting experience - Football experience is a plus


• Excellent oral and written communication skills


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)


• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks


• Ability to work collaboratively with and manage individuals of different working styles


• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail 


• Excellent team member
