• Generate revenue using all sales methods, including cold calls, face-to-face appointments, arena tours, prospecting, and networking. 


• Conduct a high volume of new business calls every day (minimum of 70); proactively prospect and network to generate new business relationships.


• Provide excellent service by building unique touch points, promptly responding to requests and establishing a dynamic relationship with all customers


• Document all communication in Client Relationship Management (CRM) system


• Communicate effectively and professionally with all internal and external contacts


• Support a positive sales culture within the sales team and front office 


• Collaborate with peers to achieve team sales goals


• Attend most home games to ensure great customer service to all clients and fans
