JUNIOR TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER SPORTS (M/F/D)

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Be responsible for conducting product demonstrations with customers.
Plan projects from inception to installation, implementation, and support; work with wiring contractors, IT, and operations.
Support the entire management team in various customer projects (e.g. for NBA teams).
Manage schedules, budgets, assets, and overall project organization to ensure requirements and project dates are clearly communicated, understood and executed.
Take project-related responsibility for the coordination and management of teams.
Work with technical leads and product organization to prioritize tasks. throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor day-to-day activities of the project team and ensure work is progressing as planned. Work with the project team and be actively involved in all aspects of the work.
If needed, ability to work in the evenings and/or weekends.
Introduce customer feedback to enhance product development.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

2-3 years of work experience in project management or operations management in the sports industry or a tech company.
Bachelor’s degree in business, sports management or engineering.
Project management experience including planning and performing installations and managing customer expectations and needs.
Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously and adjust priorities appropriately.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of tactical and technical sports knowledge (e.g. Basketball)
Knowledge of wifi, radio frequency, or other tracking systems.
Ability to do basic troubleshooting of equipment and software.
