Director of Spirit Squads

Job Summary

This is a professional position in which the incumbent directs the activities of both squads. Work involves developing promotional materials, making travel arrangements, managing public appearances, and managing the budget and account transactions.

Qualifications:

• Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, public relations, interpersonal, customer service, and supervisory skills
• Basic working knowledge with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere or similar applications
• Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) from a regionally accredited institution.
• 1 year experience working in athletics at a college/university or 2 years coaching cheerleading or dance team on the collegiate level or comparable preferred.
