Job Summary

This position will be responsible for the retention and upselling of existing group clients within their respective book of group ticket business. Serve as the day-to-day contact for the MLB Team Group customers. The primary focus will be renewing our group and suite clients, overseeing the ticketing and selling of the new season and group revenue.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Sales, or related field. 
  • Minimum of 2 years prior experience in sales and/or customer service with proven ability to meet deadlines and quotas.  
  • Proficient skills in computer including experience MS Office products. Ability to learn and master new software programs.  
  • Basic mathematical and writing skills.  
  • Excellent oral communication, customer service and problem solving.
