Job Summary

In this role, you will serve as the primary people support partner for our US-based teams, including Player Development, High Performance, Scouting, Spring Training, and others

Degree or Diploma in a related field (HR, Business Administration) 

3-5 Years of HR Business Partner experience; ideally with experience building structure and process in a small-business or start-up environment

Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build trusted relationships with business partners and stakeholders

Demonstrated ability to listen, learn, and collaborate effectively to develop well-rounded recommendations and strategies 

Comfort and experience in a fast-paced and complex work environment
