Job Summary
The Membership Service Consultant is responsible for adequately addressing the needs of all season ticket/SBL members to ensure their satisfaction and continued support through the purchase of season tickets annually and collects outstanding SBL financing payments and season ticket payments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree
- 2-4 years’ minimum relevant work experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Suite including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint & Word.
- Experience with Archtics, Microsoft Dynamics & KORE CRM, DialSource preferred.
