Overview of Role

The role of Sr. Account Manager, Client Services is to cultivate exceptional senior-level client relationships by being an expert in our clients’ business and becoming an indispensable part of the client team.


The Sr. Account Manager should exemplify the highest level of team building, quality work product, and innovation across the Tigris portfolio of services. The Sr. Account Manager is accountable for the oversight and professional development of their Client Services Team as well as adding value to overall agency culture. This position reports to VP, Client Services & Insights.


Responsibilities

Leadership and Strategic Vision

  • Expert in clients’ business, goals/objectives, business challenges, etc.
  • Establish oneself as trusted expert among client key stakeholders
  • Actively seeks in-person, face time with client(s) multiple times throughout the year
  • Lead internal and external strategy and brainstorm sessions
  • Communicate with clients’ senior leadership, agency partners, and Tigris direct reports
  • Act decisively and take on decision-making authority when it comes to steering the final client strategy
  • Proactively seek revenue growth by anticipating client needs and presenting innovative ideas
  • Supports Business Development efforts when called upon by the President
  • Adds value to agency culture by developing internal relationships and participating in Tigris activities

 


Scope of Work

  • Recognize and anticipate client needs: Strategy, Execution, Activation, Negotiation, Measurement
  • Take responsibility for revenue growth and profitability of client accounts to meet Tigris revenue goals
  • Manage timelines to meet high priority deadlines and ensure the completion of all deliverables
  • Deliver strategic presentations at the executive level to report results, build buy-in and consensus for major initiatives

 


Day to Day Activity

  • Main point of contact for the client, ensure they are kept in the loop throughout the process, seek input and buy-in throughout the project
  • Manage internal communications to ensure all team members are informed, on the same page, and deadlines are met
  • Lead client-facing calls/meetings and act as a major contributor
  • Seek outside resource support based on need (i.e., creative, specialist support, etc.)
  • Team Management, Development and Performance Reviews
  • Model best practice behavior and teamwork
  • Maintain regular communications and meetings
  • Guide account activity (weekly, day-to-day)
  • Discuss challenges and successes
  • Review goals/next steps for forward movement
  • Project Debrief Meetings to improve efficiencies and work product

Compensation + Benefits

  • Salary commensurate with experience
