Job Summary
The Manager, Compensation & Benefits is responsible for designing, planning, and implementing benefits, wellness, and compensation programs, policies, and procedures. The Manager, Compensation & Benefits will also contribute to the developing Compensation & Benefits (Total Reward) strategies that will support the organization.
Qualifications:
Additional responsibilities as assigned.
Education and Experience.
Bachelor’s Degree.
5+ years of experience in both Compensation and Benefits functions.
Superior organization, project management skills and attention to detail.
