Program Manager - Strength and Conditioning

Job Summary

This role involves designing, implementing, and managing an assigned program, which encompasses various responsibilities. These include identifying funding opportunities, conducting program assessments, preparing reports, handling program marketing and communications, managing databases, overseeing program staff.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and four years of experience developing or managing programs or projects.

Additional job related education may be substituted for the required experience on a year-for-year basis.

3-5 years of progressive professional experience in the fitness industry, preferably in Collegiate level University Recreation.

Master degree in related field.

Hold two or more nationally accredited certifications: NASM Personal Training other qualified certifications.
