WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE?

As a Receptionist, you play a pivotal role in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our members. Your duties involve greeting members in person or over the phone, handling inquiries effectively, and managing reservations for various outlets within the club. This includes the ladies' locker room, main dining room, and special member events. You excel in directing members, non-members, and event guests to different locations throughout the club, ensuring a seamless experience.

You contribute to the overall team effort by maintaining a safe and clean reception area, creating function sheets for all club areas, and documenting actions to ensure continuity among work teams. Your attention to detail extends to printing F&B menus, maintaining staff sign-in/out sheets, email lists, phone lists, daily features menus, and daily 3 PM reports. You're a vital part of delivering exceptional service to our members!

WHAT'S NEEDED?

Preferred qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of hotel experience
• 1+ years of customer service experience
